This is the James W. Richards house as it
stood in about 1873-1875. The people on the balcony are
Elizabeth Wightman Richards and her two oldest boys,
Lawrence and Clarence.
The house was called “Lakeside near Sloan's Lake”

City of Wheat Ridge, it is located on 29th just North of
Sheridan Blvd. in Wheat Ridge.
