I would suggest that you explore the Tips for Research page. In this section you will find some great resources for beginners. You may also try posting a query. It has been my experience that the more places you ask the question, the better your chances of getting an answer.

I don't see XXX church or cemetery on your list.

If you aren't finding the information under a particular place name, try browsing through the other locations listed. It might be the location was known by a similar name. If you still aren't finding the place you're looking for, please email the county coordinator.

The pictures are so tiny, I can't see them.

Can you send me a marriage license (or birth certificate, death certificate, court document) for my ancestor?

No, I'm sorry, but I do not have access to county vital records. In most cases, you will need to check with the county courthouse in order to obtain original documents. You can find contact information on the Addresses page.

Can you look some information up for me?

If it's not on the site, check the Resources page for local look-up volunteers. You could also try sending an inquiry to the library that's closest to your search to see if they have archive collections with the information.
