CPL Elliott Reported As War Casualty
Former Wray Man is Killed in Germany According to Word Received by Wife.

Corporal Dorral Elliott, a son of George Elliott of Wray, has been killed in action in Germany his wife, Mrs. Mary Elliott of Denver, has been notified. The news of his death was received by Mrs. Elliott Sunday and she notified relatives at Wray.

Corporal Elliott has been in service for nearly three years, and was at Camp Roberts, California, and for a time was stationed in Texas. He went overseas about six months ago.

Besides his wife and father, survivors include a small son, Dorral Duane, who lives in Wray with Mrs. Elliott's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Courtney.
