Notes: According to Hally Duckworth's, 5 June 1917, draft registration card he was age 27 and was working for North Coast Lumber, Mineral, Washington, as a logger. He was single, resided in Seattle and, according to the registrar, was tall, of medium build, had blue eyes and dark hair.
