Morrell T. Caley was born Nov. 15, 1876 in LaPorte City, Ia., the son of William C. Caley and Alice Jane Caley.
He served his country in the Spanish-American War, the Mexican Rebellion and WWI. He was commissioned a captain in the Army on Aug. 5, 1917.  Buried Knox County, Nebraska
