The Yuma county high school system will graduate a class of Seventythree seniors at their regular Commencement Friday night, May 16.
The Commencement will be held at the Tyo theatre.
The graduation activities for the local high school will begin with the Baccalaureate sermon at the Tyo Theatre on Sunday night, May 11.
Rev. G. Henry Green will deliver the sermon.
The class day exercises for the seniors will be held at the Tyo on Thursday afternoon, April 15, at 2:30.
At this meeting the Validictory and Salutatory speeches will be given as well as the class will, prophecy, etc.
There will be musical numbers and other interesting features on the special program that is being prepared.
The Junior-Senior banquet and dance will be Thursday evening. Elaborate plans are being made that will make the banquet this year one of the finest that
has yet been staged.
The annual comencement program will be Friday night, May 16, at the Tyo, and all the seniors of the high school will participate in this event.
The speaker this year will probably be Dean Philips Worcester of the University of Colorado.
