CAPTION:
James Fanning Cohig, Chief Engineer of West Portal, Moffat Tunnel. He lived in this camp house from 1924-27, while the tunnel was being built, with his wife, Ruth Cowdery Cohig. Both grew up in Denver. The camp buildings have since been moved up the hill from the current town of Winter Park.
